Hi, I'm Liz. I'm a professionally certified Integral Coach based in LA. I spent over a decade in tech policy, leading teams working on some of the hardest problems in the industry: youth safety, mental health, responsible AI. I was good at it. I was also exhausted, constantly evaluating myself, and quietly wondering if the version of success I'd built was actually the one I wanted. It took hitting a wall — and finally listening to my body — to find my way to coaching.I work with high-performing individuals and leaders who might look like they have it together from the outside but privately feel stretched thin, self-doubting, or stuck at a crossroads. My approach is direct, grounded, and whole-person; we look at what's happening in your body and your life, not just your to-do list. We work on the things that actually move the needle: how you relate to others, how you handle pressure, how you show up for yourself when it counts. We work on what's actually going on, and we figure out what's next.
